in the middle of gameplay i get dropped. i play a sumoner this makes gameplay not possible.

Thanks for providing those details straight up. It looks like there is some pretty significant packet loss occurring at your ISP level. You may want to try contacting your provider to see if they can shed some light on the issue - we've known some IPS's to be problematic for Path of Exile due to filtering on the ports it operates on. POE ports are: 80 8095 12995 20481 and the range 32768 - 61000 Alternatively you may like to try connecting to the game via VPN to see if this makes a difference, advice on how to do this can be found here. |

I don't know what you expect them to say tbh, the problem lies with your ISP and where it chooses to route your connection before it gets to the game server. The actual game server is fine and shows not packet loss and a fairly good and steady connection....the previous hops is probably what causes you to DC

i am not the most pc savy person. but my isp is comcast. i pay alot per month and will contact them right away. what should i say to them? i am having packet loss? chances are i will get sum dummy, id like to at least sound like i know whats wrong to help them help me.

Just tell them that you're getting packet loss playing an online game, and if they ask for the ports then list the ones that Michael gave you in his last post. Good luck! No longer works at GGG

so outher people know who might have the same problum. taking my router out of the equation was the solution. even though i was plugged directly in it still cause the packet loss.
