" Totally agree that evasion>all in end game and block and acrobatics also, if u have 3k+ hp. But here same situation like with crits in pre 0.9.11, hp passives is far from starter of all classes expect marauder, but evasion or armor nearest options. Here many ppl build 10k+ eva or armor on merciless, and have 800-1500 hp. Btw they doing well untill meet vaal's constructs, chaos damage snakes, projectile weakness sceletons or high crit chance casters mobs. From this situations coming myth about not viable evasion, and unblanced melees expect marauder. How about swap some evasion and armor passives from classes starter areas with life passives, or fuse eva in dex tree with life and armor in str\dex, str\int areas too but think its be op. P.S. for evasion haters, i have 5 70+ rangers, played many different builds. My best chars _Fiora_ and Ykysha 78 and 79 melee rangers, that never had IR. |

Concern about changes to map drops.
I did a quick survey of people actually playing endgame right now. The *average* increased item quantity was well over 100%. Probably pushing 150%. In order to increase the actual frequency we see maps, if iiq is removed from teh equation, you'd have to literally *triple* the drop chances on maps. I'm worried map drop frequencies aren't going to be increased enough, and with iiq no longer affecting it, the experienced drop frequencies of maps for those people currently playing endgame will go down. |

" Never happened this way. And also, why should you get addtional refunds when you get all your points reseted? You can simulate your new build with the webtree, and (if it seems neccessary to try things) keep some points you are unsure to spend later after some checks. invited by timer @ 10.12.2011
