0.9.12 Information and Incomplete Patch Notes (Updated)
" Evasion / acrobatics is the best defense I've ever tried, it's your build that needs a fix :p Build of the week #2 : http://tinyurl.com/ce75gf4

"Sneaky Devs, I see what you just did there, you broke my theoretically possible hp regen/fire resist templar that could use righteous fire permanently =(. Or at least made it exponentially harder, I wanted to make him but I never found the time =( EDIT: "But thank god you fixed this! I can actually use my weapon swapping builds properly now, weapon swapping out of combat only was kind of a problem which always forced me to only weapon swap to have extra slots for auras. EDIT2: "Its probably for the best, every skill I had in the 2 week race was linked with IIQ because of the drop rate (at that stage I had no idea if it actually affected the drop rate, I was just HOPING it did), though I would have really liked to use the Knockback passive which is actually a pretty definitive skill for my character. Without it, my ranger felt sort of the same as every other ranger in the HC league =P Last edited by Metronomy#6891 on Sep 1, 2012, 6:19:28 AM

" I think it might be my gear lol. I only have around 30% evasion - i fail =( |
|
" Please make so that some high level claws still have life on hit, not life leech. The change from life on hit to lifeleech is killing many builds, even if the lifeleech values were buffed. Life on hit builds and lifeleech builds are completely different, so there should be claws for both of them at endgame. " You're doing it really wrong, any build using grace aura has more than 30% evasion, even without dex gear. I'm very excited for this patch!
One thing I implore you to do is to deploy the new web-view passive skill tree a day or two early (with notice that it could still be subject to change until the patch itself is deployed) so that we can figure out what to do with our characters before we jump into the game. It's quite a burden to reinvision our builds when all we want to do is hop on and test the new patches. Especially when reallocating 50+ levels worth of points takes a considerable amount of planning and caution, as the character is essentially being rebuilt without the merit of testing your choices against the necessity brought about by the progressing challenge curve. I cannot emphasize enough, how much of a blessing it would be to be able to do all of that work a day before hand, and be able to enter the game right away, already with an idea of what the character will look like! I am also apprehensive about, but withholding judgment on, the changes to block rates, life, and life regen. They already require a considerable investment to make effective, but also pathing is supposed to be improved by reducing the burden caused by long stat highways. So hopefully this will balance out. Only thing particularly upsetting (that I'll get over quickly) is that I planned to test out an Iron Will / Blood Magic / Righteous Fire spell caster (I even reserved the name MagicalMe for him!), but I think this will likely be impossible now, with what appears to be a reduction to the maximum passive life regen available. But all of that is just rambling. The important thing is please, please, please! Deploy the web-view passive skill tree a day early so we can preplan our rebuilt characters, and jump right into the game after the patch goes live!!! Devolving Wilds
