Don't need either of those, that's what leech is for. Should just go full yolo voll's/infernal imo

So which ones are bloodlines and torment specific uniques?
from 0.10.0 patch notes: "Fixed a bug where you could add Piety to your friends list." xD
those uniques are lack lusters. Only the sword is nice. What about the lighting belt ?

was also waiting for special league mechanism

These uniques are just awful other than the shock belt and 2h sword.
(bloodline only shock ring doesn't count for me)

And there is only two more to go.

Shock belt is bad too. The 60% increased damage is minor unless you have no/very little increased damage anywhere on the tree / gear (highly unlikely) while the 50% increased damage taken is a HUGE problem. Functionally, it is like taking 3-4 passive points of damage while sacrificing a huge number of passive points for defense.

Might have a use in PvP, but in PvE it's going to just be a skin transfer.
