Minutes before the patch was finalised, the supporter raised a question about the item. We decided to disable it from dropping with the intention of turning it back on almost immediately just in case there was going to be a small change to it (so that we don't immediately create legacy versions).

I intended that this would be done within 24 hours, so I kept it in the patch notes. It looks like sorting out whatever the issue was is taking a few days longer, but I'm pretty sure we'll be turning it on on Monday.
