Power charge on knockback is pretty much useless. Every build I can think of that uses knockback also uses Resolute Technique.

And Chris confirmed last unique was disabled last minute from the patch. Might be seeing it on Monday though.
Power Charge on Knockback could be cool with Glacial Cascade. Would require a sceptre in the other hand to get adequate spell damage probably but might be cool. Eh, melee knockback.
