Go to read the patch note again

...and 4 of them are restricted to the new leagues...(okay 2 of them are the announced quivers, but the others may be not that common or low level) - will take some time, I guess.

Now, can anyone check if infractem indeed makes your arrow pierce chance 100% or it just adds some 'always pierces' property or something, similar to 'can't crit'?

Projectile Weakness curse would be fantastic to use with that quiver, all that +%projectile dmg. :D

Nope, if you read what Mark wrote, only global pierce chance on your char counts.

That's why I thought the bonus isn't global, no way to account for support and the curse which apply local bonuses.
