well at max frenzy charges they will only last like 3secs
so only way would be if your main attack is frenzy. br, boots, etc wont help at all with keeping up. as an upside, you dont really need bino's since now you can poison with practically anything, p.e. a slow twohander with heavy strike could really up the damage (only 3frenzy charges max so still at 7secs duration, enough with br). in fact, i think there is absolutly no reason to wear those over say maligaro's if you have a bino's, you will crit and poison either way. Poison doesn't stack. I can't see any reason to use these gloves with bino's.

Bino's doesnt have its own poison it needs adder's touch to poison. Its not using multiple poisons only one.
And throwing all those uniques together still leaves me with max resists easily. Belt with ~30all and 2rings with ~30all + aegis 10% + build ~50 = 150all or drop resists even more from gear and use purity of elements. |

snakes gonna snake ... although i'm using frenzy as main attacks its so darn annoying getting the charges up again (using multistrike), and you attack to fast to skip multistrike... what to do what to do ... and no str would mean the new boots get worse for me (playing PIllar) would put me at 6.66 seconds uptime for frenzy charges . ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh my theorycrafting head explodes :(
