well the low cost shavs isnt summoner specific
the +2skeleton boots seem kinda aweful for summoner but good enough for some other niche build


really, apart from the helm which is a pure summoner unique, the other uniques are not summoner specific.


also, usually GGG introduces 4 "normal" uniques each patch. the 5th imo would be an easter egg like it was the 5th of the previous patch
