I don't think the helmet is BiS...it certainly has some strong competition from +2 minion helms like this one . The only benefit I can see from the unique helm is that I can remove Vitality and switch to Determination/Hatred. „I don't give a fuck if it was his tenth anniversary with his goddamn neckbeard...“ „If they think I'm going to let them sweep this pizza guy thing under the rug...“ No mod action. I generally dig the new helm, just being careful not to dig out the rest of the skeleton. It would be great for summoner hybrids that do not rely on them for damage but only for tanking, it should provide more survivability to them than a +2 helm and free the aura slot vitality occupied to slap some damage aura on.
