and while I see people still think it's viable, let the people who use it say how viable it is, I'm pretty sure they'll say it crap apart from one build, that is used to cull and that's it which is basically an MF build which specializes in culling and with the ring Gifts from Above it gives quite a bit more rarity, that's the only way I can see it applying to anywhere.

From the sounds of it, they don't.

As it stands, this amulet is probably the new worst unique in the game. It goes beyond the uselessness of bramblejack, beyond the mediocrity of heatshiver, and beyond the backwards self-limiting Hyrri's Ire and Queen's Decree - it will almost always make you worse just from having equipped it. Even if you are some kind of extremely niche puncture/ignite build, a 60% crit multi amulet with life and resists far, far outclasses this.

I, too, am sympathetic to the supporter who gave so much to the developers. It's clear they had a vision for their item - the name, the flavour text, and the idea are all interesting, but it is also clear they have no idea how to design an item that will ever be used, and the developers should have stepped in to help them. This is like the reverse of the soul taker situation.
