This seems to be designed around Puncture and Burning damage. To keep very big crits on the target for the damage over time and not worry about the small non-crit damage.

Even for this use I think the average damage output would be worse than not having it(counting both direct damage and indirect).

Hopefully the 60% less critical chance is supposed to be 60% reduced critical chance. It seems the most plausible to me.

So do I read that correctly...you do critical hits much much less often and those hits that arent a crit only do 25% of your damage...something seems off with that Amulet...

Well now that there's one on page one.. it's not. But... were there ever a unique so far that was obviously this bad? That barely anyone can make *any* use of it? Can a person with it, wear it and test this?

This unique seems perfect for a puncture build.

This unique seems perfect for a puncture build.

Although i like base concept "crit harder but less often", the crit chance reduce from this unique amulet BY FAR overweits crit damage increase. You'll spend several seconds trying to apply critical puncture with it, and even then, damage increase over normal ammy wont be spectacular.
