" But the original request was to have items drop based on level where they are appropriate and useful... By that definition you wouldn't see a lot of the more valuable items at end game, drop chance has nothing to do with it, you're trying to define something that can't be defined outside of item level as not everyone agrees with your view of what's a worthy item to drop at end game. Anyway it's a pointless argument as I don't see GGG changing how it works just to save you the trouble of getting a low level unique every now and then instead of a white items. Yep still patching. Also isn't this sword also in the highest rarity bracket AKA not common.

" Just like Sin Trek, there is barely any mobs out there (not sure if there is any atm) that can leech your mana for now. Decent helm with decent drawback. Edit: Though this helm might get popular with CI builds or LG with LA Kaom users.
