can any1 tell me if explosive arrow explosion considered attack? i know it considered as a projectile, but projectile can also be an attack, no?
im kind of confuse about that. my builds:

Any kind of spell bonuses, such as "increased crit chance for spells" passive nodes?

It says "Modifiers to Spell Damage", increased crit chance for spells is modifier to spell damage.

" Yeah, it all goes down to RF, as long as it works with this helm (and people say it works on PA so it should also work with RF) then its broken as hell, since it allows melee fighters to use ALL the more % dmg abilities on the game, RF has a really high % AND the passive tree gives you almost all the rege you need, no need to get Blood Dance. If GGG makes so only increased spell% works and not the more spell% then you would have a fun and balanced unique in your hands. |
