Spell crit, which has much biggers amounts can now apply to attacks, same for crit multiplier. Spell damage too (obviously) and cast speed. But the craziest one might very well be pain attunement and righteous fire.
No. spell crit and spell crit multiplier are not modifiers to spell damage.
Spell damage is a stat that exists. It is not a group of stats.
It depends of how you read the crown.
"Modifiers to spell damage also apply to attack damage"
spell damage could refer to damage dealt by spells or to the stats known as spell damage.

currently testing the helm
spell crit/crit damage dosent apply to attacks.
painatument(more spell)
and spell power nods seem to work though.

No. GGG is pretty specific. There is a stat called "spell damage." Any +%spell damage you have will translate to attack damage. I do wonder if that includes elemental damage though (I THINK it does).

Does elemental damage on attacks get scaled?

should be quite fun with low life bloodrage/painatument specs XD
also. ironwill/iron grip would be quite insane. stacking for str characters.

No, it doesn't depend on how you read the mod because the mod is quite specific. Spell Damage is capitalized in the mod and, as Auto pointed out, does not include Spell Crit Chance nor Spell Crit Multiplier. The only thing this mod does is make Spell Damage modifiers from your gear and passives additive with your Attack Damage modifiers. Its a reverse Iron Will in a way.

Also as per conversion rules Iron Will should not cause a recursive damage bonus. Can't apply bonus from strength to an attack twice, no matter how hard you try.

It is correct that you cannot use Iron Will twice.
You can, however, get the Spell Damage bonus from Iron Will and get the Spell Damage bonus from Strength from Doon Cuebiyari.
