Monster Accuracy and Evasion changes in 0.11.2

IM seriously, i've been thinking why there is no such passives and compared this to Evasion/es passives, which give more %ES and some %evasion bonus.

Now i will respec my ranger into acrobatics to unleash full potential of melee-freezing ranger :)

acrobatics is bad. 20% chance may seem good but the math has been done over and over and the benefit even for characters without ar/es still get little to no benefit from it.
Im going to get 30% dodge on top of 40% block and top of 55-60% evade (AFTER patch, i hope)

and Phase dodge is nice also.

I hope to have more mana, so i can spam my freeze mine with elemental proliferation little bit more, this is best way to protect acro char from chargers.

Main reason why i took IR, because it gave me 16000k armour rating which at my level of ranger is 75% phys dmg reduction.

And it's for same points of 6 acrobatics nodes + 2 points for arrow dodging (1 dex node)


But i really want to make acrobatics work :)

Was a bit pissed to have a dex based char, using 5 Acc-knodes in the tree + some acc stats on gear and only have 80% hitchance at lvl 68 maps and down to 75% at lvl 70 maps....

Hi I just wanna know what is the compensation for rangers according to the passive tree's change. Do you give us several passive refund points?

By buffing accuracy (at least against monsters, but perhaps this may also apply to PvP depending on how/whether GGG will buff accuracy itself in the future) of players, LG has an indirect nerf since the mod of "Hits cannot be evaded" is now not as powerful. It's still powerful and makes LG very useful (as a top-tier unique was supposed to be), but if high accuracy can more easily be achieved without LG, it gives a much better chance for a well-rolled rare bow to compete.

It should be mandatory for players to have a high level character (88+) and have done the highest level content before they are allowed to post comments about end-game content, end-game balance, and what's "OP"

I might give ranger another go now, with a acrobatics phys build.

Nice changes, would like to see final patch notes
