Shrine of Exile

This might be one of the best farm spots for orbs/uniques depending on the frequency of the spawn, the drops and how easy it might be if each person in the group keeps resetting their instance to find the event. It sounds fun fun though if implemented well.

I like the idea :D, this would be fun. Not sure if it would be better as one of several random events among the quests or a unique map maybe, but either way it would be awesome.

This sounds so amazing, and to address the high level characters speed clearing low level zones:

It could be locked to only spawning in your current difficulty, so every time you finish the last boss in a difficulty it could no longer spawn in that difficulty.

This is one of the first really unique and great suggestions I've read in these forums. Mod, if you read this, get this: all us now 70 level and over players want these kind of ramdom and HARD build/gear check things AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE in the game.

It makes it so much greater to farm maps when you know there is atleast a little chance you know you can get into this (hate this word) epic boss battle you have been waiting for!

Carry some insane max ilevel item in your small purse just for the sake you get randomly chosen to enter the battle ground of the ancient gods!

Even writing this makes me shiver.

THIS is kind of the thing we need much more for the people that has seen every map hundreds of times to keep us exciting.


You could take this even further by giving toons a small nicknames on their names like "kennae the insane frostwyrm slayer" to tell people that this guy is a badass!

Afterall, this is what we high level players except. We want to show-off our time and skill spent into the game.

It'l probably be another month or so before I can do much with this other than bump it, work is starting to pick up & I'm not left with much time at home.
