I don't know how easy these would be to implement, but Alternate Effects for Curses.

Instead of the ball above your head for Temporal Chains, having the cursed mob being weighed down by ethereal chains. Have Frostbite so parts of monsters are frozen, enough to be visible, but not so large as to be confused with chill/freeze, where Flammability could add small burns or flames. Warlord's Mark could actually disfigure mobs.

After that they'd be quite a bit harder to come up with something for, perhaps Enfeeble could have them stagger more, or Vulnerability could cause open wounds to appear.

I'd think the biggest problem with some of these is just the sheer amount of work that would need to get put into adjusting these for all models, probably why they're so simple to begin with, but something like Frostbite or Flammability might be doable by just editing the current burning and chilled animations a bit.

The main thing I'd want is the option to purchase a set UI theme.

The other option (Which would be easier to implement) would be weapon sound effects.

So maybe you can add a complete Outfit for Templars as a Swimmer or a Marine Guy or someting like that.

Shield Cosmetic effects

Currently we only have weapon effects and helmet effects. Those wielding 1hander and shields only glow on 1 hand and its unbalanced. Should implement some shield effects for example tempest shield's glow or the D2 holy shield effect.

Can come in different themes to match with current weapon effects too; vampiric, flaming, nature etc.

Add an Eternal Rope of Wraeclast microtransaction item that can be thrown on any monster you see in the game.(Very much like the conversion trap skill) If the monster is killed within 1 minute after the Rope is thrown on it, it will permanently become the caster's pet. Imagine Rock Golems, Brutus, Kole and Piety roaming in town, that will be so awesome :)

Not sure if this counts as a microtransaction, but I'm going to add it anyway:

I know PoE will be around for a looooong time, but as it is a fully online game, it won't be here forever. Most likely, at some point down the line devs want to pull the server plug, killing PoE. I wish GGG offers us an offline version of the game before that for a moderate amount of money. For many players that would be the way to say the final thanks to GGG for their unique work of art, and in a way, "immortalize" the game.
