I am Reaper of The Shadow Cast Channel, and today im here to announce a massive, super, epic and awesome giveaway event.

This giveaway will be similar to the unique item giveaway we did in the past (good times) however we will not be giving away a unique.. Just like the unique giveaway, im going to ask you guys to put your awesome minds to work! To win, you need to come up with an amazing idea for a Micro-transaction! The item could be an account addition like the stash tabs, a cosmetic like the weapons effects or even a epic pet. Pretty much what ever your mind can think of, i wanna hear it!

The giveaway will last 1 week and then the judges below will begin the selection. Each judge will search this thread for 3 posts they like. The posters will be assigned a number and then we will do a random draw using a number gen to select the winner out of the 12 selected!

I've been wanting 2 effects so ill throw them in the mix
1. Glove effect, glowing rings in a halo effect around the glove I think 3 would be the right number, naturally this lends itself to different colours and styles
2. Armour effect, spines down the back of the armour, same as above with colours etc

My idea for micro-transaction is Auras sprite change. For example, being able to get old Clarity animation instead of the new one, or old Vitality animation instead of new one, etc etc.

My idea for a microtransaction is a unique death animation for your character.

When you die, the Grim Reaper shows up and summons his scythe, and then proceeds to impale your body on the blade. An ominous crack in the ground will appear, and the reaper will take you down to your doom.

Alternatively if this crack in the ground is difficult to implement, he could take your impaled body up into the sky and disappear.

The reaper could also have a voice acted phrase that goes along with your death.
This reaper could also potentially be a pet that follows you around, waiting to prey on your death.

I've had this microtransaction on my mind and I believe it's honestly the single most perfect thing that could be added to the game.

Wings.

You apply the microtransaction to a body armor and it gives you wings. There can be Transcendent (White) wings which appear holy and angelic. As well, vampiric (to fit the theme), which are a mix of red and black. And even all the other elements can be applied, lightning wings, poison, etc.

I personally think that demon wings would be the best. Imagine how cool it would be to have radient footprints, your divine bow AND THEN having angel wings on your character? I think it would be epic.

Of course, there is always an emphasis on not cluttering the screen too much so they could be closed the majority of the time but occassionally open up while moving.
