I have been unequipping it while still in normal after summoning them.

I have a bad feeling that I'm losing the bonus when I switch back to lunaris in merciless based on some comments I've seen.

it's probably better to just leave them gem in, but I have a scenario in which i would _have_ to switch the gem out, so need to know when I can do that and not lose the CoD bonus !

What does snapshotting mean? Can you explain what this post means for a noob still learning the game?

Nevermind, I read about it and have a basic understanding of what it means; still confused by what you mean with regard to the chober here.

Wouldn't you need to "snapshot" with the chober to gain the +minion level modifier bonus?

He doesn't need to keep it equipped. It works just like it would with spectres summoned in a tabula rasa which are then swapped into a regular chest piece. He summons them, then he moves the gem to the first slot of his standard weapon while in town.

By the way, he also summons his BMs Cast on Death from handcrafted demon maps. I've watched him in action, and it's downright scary...

Did anyone try the unique temple map?
This is a very challenging map.
I am able to clear the map but I have to summon the COD zombies twice during the course.
The boss isn't hard but the BMs and titty bitches hit really hard!

Really really hate leap striking hillock on dune especially with vulnerability (have won dual boss dunenwithout losing a minions) but there i lost everything:
Minions (COD zombies BM rip leercast guardian)
level
Patience
Happiness :o
And got such a crappy loot

Not that the boss was too powerfull... but the aoe chaos death field got everyone:-)

awwww lol

But i have the chober in the background was using it to level the gems you see in it i take out the RS gem and drop the concentrated effect in its place and put the RS into my Doon
