it might be because they want to make a long term race interesting for sc players as well. but I get your point. I would suggest that they should make it that if your character never died after the 4 months it should be moved to HC / but then there will be some issues with stash..


They also made comments about loot from anarchy not flooding into onslaught, thus it would not also flow into Hardcore after the race. If they dump all the living characters of every future race into the same ladder, that ladder will get diluted twice as fast.
Amazing path coming up!! But like many other people im sure the Map to Maker adjustment is still not good enough. All maps regardless of rarity should go to maker. If I'm going to exalt a map or spend many chaos on it to get it perfect It does not make sense for other people to be able to get free maps off of my expense. I'm sure this will be changed or at least looked at in the future because only white maps is not good enough for people running 70+ maps.

So funny how people think Armor/Ev will be legit after patch

lots of Ev-> get 1 shot
lots of AR-> get 1 shot

dont matter what happens:

Lot of HP+ ~4k Armor +Grace -> dont get 1 shot

monkeys wont kill you ever, 1 big monster wont kill you if your not stupid, reflect and charger/lapslammer will. And the only way to survite that is HP or ES with some armor (granit flask) and a bit of evasion (grace).

The only think i belive will change is:

The high armor nodes at marauder might get used more instad of badly accesable small HP clusters.

And ES will prefer Nullification/ Body and Soul clusters above the (rarly) used vanilla es nodes in the middle of the tree.

This is great, Onslaught is kind of like a "perma Turbo" league, so we can use it to practice for Turbo races! We can use Anarchy to practice for Cutthroat races similarly!

ahh yes, i guess i diddnt think of HC league being "diluted". Though if GGG plans to be continuing separate 4 month leagues, these are the places for ladder climbers to thrive. Standard and HC will become the "default leagues" for their respective play styles.

Unique maps definitely shouldn't be m2m.
