There's nothing to fix as it is not a bug.
Apparently you died to a monster that explodes corpses. You should be careful while running on top of corpses without killing the mobs that explode corpses first. Lesson learned i guess or are you incapable of learning and rather just quit the game ? I really dont think ggg cares enough about you raging in their forums child |

lmfao people need to stop making excuses. 4.5k effective health should be more than enough to avoid a random mechanic such as that. It has no warning or tell-tell signs that it's about to happen. So unavoidable. The recommendation of never walking over corpses was laughable.
It should be doing about 500dmg max but I don't know what the modifers were on the map and if it was a critical hit and the map had crappy negative mods that propelled the dmg. |

Ignoring the trolls for my own sanity...
The only map suffix that affected player damage taken was: 38% increased monster damage Other suffixes were enfeeble, reduced flask charges, less recovery rate of life and ES. I died to a Porcupine Goliath corpse that shoots 10 projectiles (porcupine quills, if you will) ON ITS OWN (not from another monster) 3.5-4 seconds after its death. The corpse I died to is the one near the edge of the screen when it died that dropped the T12 waystone, not the two down the hill near where the emerald dropped. Because I was standing directly on the corpse to pick up the waystone, again, 3.5-4 seconds after its death, I got hit by all 10 projectiles with no audio or visual cue whatsoever. You guys are telling me I'm supposed to recognize and take note of every time I kill one specific type of NORMAL MOB and wait 5 seconds before walking over it?
