Auction House when?

I love everything about POE except for the antiquated trading and the culture surrounding the trading.

I rather die weak as an SSF player than waste my time with trading sites and praying I don't get scam.

It's a travesty that a game this good is marred by such a crappy system surrounding the acquisition of loot.

When and/or IF a AH is introduced *IN-GAME*, what would you all be receptive to for posting fees?

In DDO (a MMO released in 2006), the posting fee was x amount the item base cost.

Which means if a Unique "named" items cost 1000GP, than if the posting fee was 10%, a non-refundable 100GP was immediately debited once it's up.

And if it gets sold for the amount you listed as BIN, then the AH (in DDO it was a certain house that takes the cut because they control the banking system) will take an additional xx% cut from your earnings.

E.G If the BIN was 10,000 GP and the AH cut was 30%, then you net 7,000GP in earnings.

It was a reasonable gold sink.

I have missed many transactions because I was not in front of the computer, and these are irreparable. And because of the time difference, my things can't be sold at a good price.
And when I want to buy something, I find that the seller is not online, and when this thing is what I need very much, I have to sit in front of the computer and pray that he is online.
If there is a trading bank, many problems can be solved.
But GGG doesn't have this idea at present.

We need a AH. I'm getting more and more frustrated with the awful experience that trading is in this game.
Trading is unfortunately needed, I'm level 92 and I've never had a drop or been able to craft an item that is good enough. So I have to trade.

At least make trading far less frustrating and time consuming for both the sellers and buyers, by creating an in game AH.

I used to be of this mindset until I realized there's little point in gimping myself. Also, start to mid-league you can get decent items for 1-10 ex, and no one scams for those.
