Fix ES its obviously overtuned

24,000 ES and that is not a huge investment?
Also I see players have 8,000+ life so that huge life investment is not that high.

20,000 armor vs a 6,000 hit is 40% mitigation leaving 2,400 damage.

Not even sure I have seen anything hit for 6,000 in a single hit tho. (except special bosses stuff meant to 1 shot anyone)


I literally had 18k ES on HCSSF, with grim feast ofc. Never had 8k life. In a trade league 12k ES / 24 with grim feast isn't that hard to achieve. And those special bosses may be meant to 1 shot anyone, but they don't.
should just remove all es nodes from tree, fixed

I am not sure what you are playing, but it doesn't seem to be POE 2.

My witch has 12k ES, and energy shield starts recharging almost immediately.
(like 1.5 sec downtime or so?)

The regen is ~4k ES / second.

What are you playing man, tell me?
Are we talking about the same game here?

And while Mana Remnants is "kind-of" situational, Grim Feast feels very good for the investment of 30 spirit on many ES based characters.

You nail it.

It is the combination of ES and evasion (especially with Acrobatics) that makes you immortal.

It is not the brutal EHP that that ES provides, it is the fact that you never have to use it at first place, when combined with evasion.

Wind Dancer being OVER TUNED does not make the situation better.

Yeah sure , Grim Remnants is the best for speed Mapping but Meditate is better in every other situation and doesn't cost any Spirit . If you play Invoker & got your 8 Ascendency points at hand , i find Grim Remnants not interesting ... unless you want to use Eternal Youth lol .

I wouldn't call anything in this game invincible lol
DoT are brutal and can murder any Monk even with Heartstopper ( i'm not even sure if that keystone is working ) , Wind Dancer is great only if you had very high Evasion to begin with , as for Acrobatics it lower your Evasion by so much your ES will get solicited way too often imo .

It is the raw value as well

Grim needs to be nuked from orbit as well as tree balancing you shouldn’t be getting so much ehp on one side of the tree to the point you can briskly walk/stand in mechanics


Es is broken in its current state everyone is aware of this
