They really really really need to announce new season launch this week that will release in a week or two. This is very disappointing for a brand new game. We don't even get balance changes now, like this is not a 10 years old game bro. Do something already, every other live service games get tons of updates in short time of release.

First, it's EA. Not "new"...it's not technically out yet, and either by previously supporting or paying $30, people got to be part of the development process, NOT play a completed, finished game.

They really really really DON'T need to rush anything out. We're TESTING their game. If they don't let current changes ride for a bit, they'll never know what actually needs changed. Gotta let the dust of new things settle a bit. Knee-jerk changes to appease the "I know nothing about game dev but grew up on Vine, so I have a 7 second attention span" crowd helps absolutely no one.

Rofl, the lies this industry has people convinced of truly know no bounds.

GGG doesn't give a flying f*ck about testing or feedback. They use folks to collect data, and based on these metrics they will make changes to their game. Maybe.

But even that is only limited to balancing & fine tuning things, it's absolutely obvious that no part of their core vision will be significantly altered.

Take skill gems. A horrible system nobody likes. And yet I bet you all my orbs that this system will make it to the full release, along with many other universally disliked systems.

They can't even be bothered to remotely communicate with their customers, on any level. Not the leadership, not the developers, not even the community managers.

GGG has completely given up on their community, and we're nothing but walking wallets and data points to them.

It's just human nature, and the natural outcome when you turns nerds into millionaires. They will instantly reject their past, and everybody associated with it.

Of course they still need their customers, so they'll begrudgingly sit down for a video every other month, pretending to care with smug smiles on their faces.
