Customer Support Update

I just wanted to have my Steam account removed from my POE account so that I can activate PoE2 via Steam.
My request is from 19.12 and I am still no further...
Still trying to get a refund on a double charge. Been waiting nearly two months now.
More than 2 monthes without answers.

This phantom "customer support" is a joke. Unfortunately, not a funny one.

I had finally received a reply from support at the start of February, to my e-mail sent in mid December.

Though I was asked for some additional details, I was happy to have gotten just that reply.

However I have yet to see a return from them, and we're already in March.

The whole support process is basically non-existent, this is beyond horrendous to treat customers like this.

My issue isn't even game breaking or gameplay related, I can't even begin to imagine what the rest of the people waiting here have had to endure, those that have game access related issue.

This experience is almost enough to make me drop the game completely and any potential money that I would have been willing to spend with this company.

It's been more than three months of people having major issues dealing with the company's support, and that has been plenty of time to do something about it, even for a smaller studio.

If they care, they would improve the process, hire more people, whatever it needs to get to an acceptable 24-48 hours response time.
The Service is unacceptable.. Jan 16th I purchased my package to get physical goods. Waited 2 weeks with no tracking # or anything then I emailed support went a day or 2 with no reply got a Generic give us your info copy/paste.(Seems to be a theme with GGG) sent that back with the requested information within the hour of receiving it. Here we are 01 March 2025 and I have no idea if my physical goods are shipped or if I got scammed by the company.
got a reply after a month about missing, all my points/support packs the reply is, are you sure your on the right steam account?

lol this is so unfair, now i have to wait another month while streamers can just pm some 1 on discord, woot wooo geuss i'm over poe at this point.

sry for the rant.
I'm still waiting for the MTX, CBT rewards and twitch rewards to be binded to my active and correct account since December. So yes, I lost all hope of getting all of them.

I still have not even received and acknowledgement my initial email was received.

Not a peep.




A "sorry we are a little behind" announcement does not mean you can just stop.

You have completely abandoned your users.
an update on the current estimated wait time on support would be great. also, is there a reason you cant hire outside of NZ/Aus? im sure theres plenty of people who could help with email/forum support without sitting in NZ/Aus?
