Customer Support Update
I'm at a month of no reply since being locked out from their data breach. Heard nothing, sent an email got a bot response. GGG have lost their way, and each passing day makes me less inclined to ever come back.
The streamers need to call this pathetic behavior out, because then something may be done. Currently they don't care about us because all people are talking about is poe2. Until this gets out nothing will be done. |

Nothing has been done or changed. 0 transparency. My poe1 and 2 account are still locked (accessed from another location). As are many others here. 45 pages on this update alone with many other posts about the same thing..locked accounts or no unlock codes sent. Lots of them. Emailing support is useless, The forums mods here cant do anything about anything.. literally. How had is it for a GGG employee to click Our Name and look at the email attached to our account and reach out and fix our problems.. I know you cant do that at ggg, That would infer that you cared. We wouldn't want that now would we. BE safe with YOUR money people.. Do not give this company it.. Do Not invest in a company with no support team or transparency. |

1 star reviews left in every possible place I could find, until this issue is resolved. I find it sad you keep making self boasting posts about how good yall are doing, but still letting people sit for months on end without a single reply.
Heck, if we are to believe this post, then you would had already gotten back to everyone by now. Kinda seems like the numbers you posted are complete BS! |

My main account was locked on 12/26. They emailed me requesting information, but never replied again.
The worst part is realizing that I was harmed for being hacked and, when I reported the issue to the company, I ended up being punished instead. It has been over 45 days with my account locked, and counting. |

More than half a month has passed. The problem can be solved in a few minutes. I don't know what they are delaying. Don't give them another penny. Don't give them another penny. Don't give them another penny!

We were supposed to get things we paid for quicker than before. I purchased the Supporter Pack on 3rd of December 2024. It's 20th of February 2025 and I still cannot get the item, information or a response from GGG's support. How is that not scamming customers, when you choose not to reply. I thought that GGG knew better than that.

Finally got a reply after 2 months just for them to ask me if I want them to do something I didn't ask them to do, are you fucking kidding me?
Now I have to wait another 2 months for yall to read my email that will say no just do what I asked and nothing more?! This is just stupid!! |

approaching 90+ days for a 1-minute mini-mutation now. let's see if GGG management "manages" to surpass the record-breaking 100 day "jubilee".
They were super-transparent and super-"honest" in their claim of resolving 80% of support requests within 1-2 weeks. I am sure all of us posting on forums, or also including those who've simply left without bothering to post a single word anywhere. Are merely a fraction, the very rare exception and minuscule outliers. Surely GGG with increased support staff, facing and recognizing obvious problems and criticism. while "vastly" improving tools and processes - And most importantly: replacing incompetent and destructive management-staff... is well underway. Can't be more than a couple of hours or days now. Almost there! We're dealing with GGG and GGG "management" "golden standards" in customer relations and support infrastructure, after all. 80% in 1-2 weeks. Clearly the remaining 20% should have been a matter of days. Easyyyyyyy for GGG management. By their own statistical pretext and clean-u... uuhhh I mean... resolution of incidents and requests. The remaining 20% have already been resolved about 10 times each. It's just us dumb, paying customers. Who've simply missed everything. Clearly a user-, totally not a GGG management-problem. :D |
