It seems over 70 days is perfectly fine for GGG
waiting for response since January 7, feels like too long to be honest
Waiting for an answer since the end of december. Still no answer.

It's really disappointing.

Its cemented in the AGB you agreed with....

Its a contract you put your signature under.. Deal is made and no complain will make it undone.

Read the connditions before signing a contract.


FWIW, none of the stuff you listed applies to my case.

I was able to play because someone gave me their spare early access code. My own purchase is still MIA. 2 months and counting now.

Too scared to email and ask, worried it’ll mean waiting months again. No idea how long it'll take or if they even got my message. All I can do is wait patiently. Playing PoE2 really teaches you patience. 😅
Please, just stop asking ppl to send emails if you can´t handle it. Please just assume that there is NO support whatsoever.

There are loggin problems, merging problems, refund problems that have to be adressed long before releasing patch 0.01, 0.0.2, 9.9999. As a company you have to get your priorities in order.

I believe 3 months waiting is a reasonable reason to be enraged.

Fantastic game, worst game support i´ve ever seen.
Cant believe it and no further Statement of ggg. That leaves a bad taste in the mouth
