Customer Support Update

Additionally, from what I’ve seen on the forums — and experienced personally — it seems that you respond to emails once and often leave conversations unresolved, with tickets left in limbo. There are also reports of tickets pending from late November and early December, which suggests that cases are being prioritized selectively rather than addressed in chronological order.

I'm waiting for an answer since mid-December and had no response yet too.

But there is an easy answer for this. Their first answer is always vague because it doesn't say much and it's only purpose is to ask you for your account credentials. Without those they won't even look at your accounts.

When you answer with that requested info you go right back to the end of the backlog. So you have to wait the whole waiting list for a second time. And when you ask a month later what happend to your ticket, bam back to the end of the line.

That's why an email only support without integrated immediate account confirmation is the worst account support possible. Even with more people it is just a cluttered disorganized mess that makes it tedious to use (which may be its actual purpose).

But in the end we can do nothing about it but wait and hope that it will be at least handled before release.
Give us the poe 1 news we so dreadfully want and all is forgiven!
good now can u use early access money to speed up basic request like :

unlinking steam account ?

i think its second month im waiting
and i want a standalone client only.

pretty please, with sugar on top :)
I reached out to all the popular gaming media outlets (Destructoid, GamesRadar, Game Informer, GameSpot, Metacritic, Christ Centered Gamer), and some authors have already responded, saying they are interested in the topic and have started preparing materials. I hope the remaining authors will reply soon.

I hope this will help speed up the work of technical support.

P.S. Guys, I’m receiving a lot of messages and requests from you to share information. Unfortunately, I can’t respond to anyone through this forum. As for openly sharing my Discord, I’m not sure if it’s allowed. If it is, please let me know, and I’ll add it to this message.

I just want my xbox MTX moved over to my pc account and i've basically been left on read since the end of November it's really frustrating
Appreciate the openess and addressing this situation, which is extremely difficult to evaluate. Was about to send an email wondering if my ticket hadn't been forgotten right before finding out this post.

Best of luck to the team getting those numbers down.

Early today I sent a follow up email... so I guess I'm not going to get my refund anytime soon.

I dont no if you play on console ore pc and if you play on pc if you use steam. By Steam is the refund policy if you play longer than 2 hours than you get normally not your money back. I dont no what the policy for refunding is by GGG it self.

This is what Steams says about it:

Refunding Path of Exile 2 (PoE 2) depends on where you purchased it. If you bought it on Steam, you can request a refund if you have played for less than 2 hours and it has been less than 2 weeks since the purchase2. However, if you have played for more than 2 hours or it has been more than 2 weeks, the chances of getting a refund are quite low2.

If you purchased it directly from Grinding Gear Games (GGG), you might need to contact their support team for assistance. Keep in mind that refund policies can vary, and it's always best to check the specific terms and conditions on the platform where you made the purchase.

Some people says that you can refund it under 12 hours by Steam that is not true only 2 hours.

what does this have to do with anything?

didn't you get the "memo" in this very thread?
you suggest him to contact support and wait for up to 3+ months, while reposting entirely irrelevant refund policies.

what are you even on about? missed the thread-topic or something?
