🏚️ 💰 WE NEED AUCTION HOUSE NOT TRADES!!!
Just a small, but important point (maybe others have already made it);
If GGG made trading even more efficient & easy, then looting & crafting will have to be made even shittier than they are now. To keep constant the amount of time the players invest into gearing up & progression. Just so you know what comes with an 'auction house'. When night falls

+1 would love some kind of Auction house as the trade site is annoying at times

Your words fall on blind eyes. GGG wants the same trading experience as Poe1 because of "player interaction". Like taxes, the current trade iteration is just a fact of life, don't like it? Play SSF like me.

" Did they make the game for themselves or for players? If the product target is only what GGG wants, then they can close the servers and they can play this game between themselves only. But if the audience target of this product are the players then they need to give what players want and asking for. If you still dont see how painful the whole trading system is to players then either you wake up or keep sleeping. "Go play SSF" is not the solution to the current problem. |

As far as I am concerned the game has virtually no trading system (or remotely usable one).
As for player interaction, this doesn't happen. I speak four languages, yet often enough if I copy the whispers I'd not understand them (of course I know what they say). That's for interaction. The most common way is: invite/commit trade/kick out of party, even saying "good luck" or "thanks" would yield zero response. That's worse than any form of communication - as it's forced and unwanted, an obstacle. The current system effectively removes all lower value items being sold, rendering any no-end/end game trading virtually non-existent. Lots of listing would never result in a trade left there to draw certain items lower. Due to lack of commission, the currency has no other value beside trading, which is a side result of lack of 'crafting' (random rolls for gear modifiers is not crafting). An automated trading house could require commission both for listing AND completing a trade, taking a portion of the currency away of circulation. Last - the "trading" site being outside the game is off putting and (software) engineering wise is a massive downer or I'd go further and call it unprofessional. Also, it should force listing higher system requirements (e.g. memory) to run a fully fledged browser alongside the game. The game is incapable of handling memory pressure and it crashes due to inability to allocate memory. As for SSF - the game is totally not designed with it in mind at any level, whatsoever - it (SSF) offers a venue to defend other ill-conceived practices, of course. A lot better option is finding another form of entertainment. |

Tbh trading in poe2 is hilariously bad. We did trade like this in the late 90's early 2000 and it should not be so freaking bad in this day and age.I've read the manifesto and I honestly think it's time for GGG to rethink their trade philosophy.

First AH and then we will get items bound to character... no thank you.

|
" Items in AH should be bound to account not character. |
|
" This dude wants you to buy his book next. I for one love the trade system, all the people wanting a AH are broke boys. Let them cry, they wont add a auction house. I a player, am happy with it. |
