We need to raise our voices for Auction House system
" A AH is the same as the site is atm. EXACTLY the same. Only a in-game AH would 100x easier. No more waiting online, needing to be at the keyboard. Ppl posting fake prices to scam beginners out of thinking they should sell it that low. We always had a AH. it was just a very crappy and outdated one. Your reasoning is just fear. Not logic. " Play SSF then and let us 'cheat' in peace then. How those who like to trade play the game isn't your concern if you think trading is cheating. |

" I've red it and just because GGG says why they don't implement this feature in this game doesn't mean I should obey. I don't have to agree with the reasons they provide. Especially with their "easy trade" logic. I am the player. Not the devs. So, am I supposed to accept every explanation the company or developers give and just leave in silence? Well this is not what gamincommunity do. |

We already have the core functionality in currency exchange. I hate it when people dont react or when i find a really good item for cheap only to find out it is already sold already.

" Lol as if… trading being crappy, time consuming, and complex protects the casuals gameplay. Yes, casuals are well known for loving the ssf league. The numbers reflect that I am sureeeeee. Your logic is so flawed I’m not even going to try to help you understand how the real world works, but the casuals you want to protect aren’t going to like this game more because trading is crappy. " Yes, they will. The average player will just play the game and enjoy it for what it is. They will pick up items and use them and try to learn how to make a good character. They'll struggle at Geonor until someone tells them to check vendors for some cold resistance and once they get some they'll blast him and win and continue playing the game. With an AH the solution will always just be to go buy items on the auction house. You will never have to look for items, unless the inflation is so bad that the AH will not be usable by anyone regardless (which probably will be the case). The balance of the game is going to be completely destroyed by the fact that everyone will have access to upgrades in just a few button clicks with no friction attached. Orbs will never ever be used for crafting because it will be meaningless compared to just putting items up on the AH and buying perfect upgrades. You people simply do not understand game design at all and I am glad that GGG still has some sense when it comes to this. Last edited by Kashou#2868 on Jan 10, 2025, 2:13:36 PM

" I can totally understand, and I think we can find some common ground on what you say. However, this doesn’t take away from the benefits of the Auction House system (or let’s just say an in-game integrated trade system; it doesn’t necessarily have to be an auction house). Even just the ability to trade items while being offline shows how valuable this feature is, in my opinion. Honestly, I’m no longer 16 years old, and I can’t be online 24/7. When I’m at work or spending time with my family, I still need to be able to improve my character by trading in the game. |
