Is GGG struggling??

Which, for the record, I was one of those that got a free PoE 2. I don't know what that says about the money I've spent supporting this game, but it isn't $0. Far from it.

But I could spend more, if I felt like I got more bang for my buck. If I throw $100 at cosmetics, I don't want it to fail to even stretch across one singular character. I would like that to cover maybe 2-3 characters. Keep in mind, a person like me will still buy excess cosmetics for any given individual character, too, such as trying out other looks, other builds, etc. If I get new items, I have to get new skin transfers. If I decide on a new skill, I want a new skin for that skill. It isn't just one set & you're done. If prices were reasonable... I would FEEL GOOD about spending money on my characters. If somebody FEELS GOOD about spending their money in a game's shop, then they will do it more often without getting that feeling of... "Well, I REALLY probably shouldn't..."

Because that's how I feel right now just throwing $20 at the game which... gets me what? A portal skin? Get out of here.

Keeping in mind that, for the most part, you can only spend in multiples of 5, 10, 20, and 50, you have:

- An armor pack is about $45 on the low/average end.
- A portal is about $16 ish.
- A skill is about $16 ish, and you have roughly 7-10 of them.
- Weapon effects are about $16 ish? For the rest of these, I'm less familiar with the pricings, because I don't buy these categories because I can't afford to spend all this money on a single character.
- Character effect, X dollars.
- Weapon skin, Y dollars.
- A pet, to feel less lonely in this single player game, Z dollars. (lol)

These are just some basic things. Not even talking about portraits or a million other things. Stash tabs, flask effects, etc.

Just an armor pack, a portal, and 7x ability skins, that's about $173 for one character, one specific build on that character.

Come on, guys. Most of you are arguing just for argument's sake.

"I don't complain, which means I'm COOL!"

Let's get real.
I've mainly been a F2P player till a few months ago, really liked the settlers league and ended up with too much stuff so ended up buying a lot of stash tabs and other stuff like that.

I think overall I spent about £200, hadn't realised just how much I had spent because it was £20 here, £20 there.

I not mind spending on games, but the items I buy need to be functional to improve my game play.

Like if they brought out pets that could auto pick up loot I wouldn't think twice about dropping £20 to £30 on it because it would useful, I'd look at it as an investment.

But for anything like cosmetics, I'd be a terrible customer for them.
