My Personal thoughts on EA and some possible ideas (Xbox series X updated as of 1/5/2025)

" You can have whatever opinion you want I am just trying to understand it. Sure a person can like permanent decisions since it makes you think harder about them but runes does not fit the current systems of this game. When respecing isn't easy virtually everywhere else then sure I could see it. Also how does the Rune system add difficulty if you had absolutely no issues with it? You’re missing the point and I don’t care to explain it further. I was very clear in what I said and how it helps take items out of the economy. There’s very few options for runes as is and if you’re struggling with this your items are poorly rolled. As I said you’re free to make a feedback post but I’m not discussing runes further in my post. Bigger issues in the game than this.

Your needs for resistances changes frequently as you level. It is obviously common for people to use Runes to fill in these needs. " Of course you don't have to. You just seemed to have a pretty strong opinion about it and I figured you could explain why it's not an issue. |

So you appear to be saying that players ruining their gear with an unoptimized rune is good because it's a sink for the gear itself. Somehow it helps the economy for players to hurt their own gear. I definitely don't understand this point. How would it hurt the economy if gear had the Rune in it you actually wanted?

Great thread with detailed info the devs should see. My one beef aside from all those mentioned above is one on their "known issues":
"Cannot interact with items or objects while enemies are nearby if you have a skill bound to the Interact button." It makes the Trials near impossible if you have to pick up a soul stone (chaos) or interact with the crystal (Sekhemas) if there is a mob nearby. It is impossible to interact until the mob is clear. I stopped playing the trials because this seems like a game breaker to me. |

Main reason I didn’t add that is because they are working on that. My biggest concern with trials is the amount of time spent to ascend. Most builds I play don’t have anything on the interact button just due to 2nd skill bar setup.
