They all locked and cant type on forums, because GGG now lock account after you said you get hacked. And you can type only from new account, and still here about 31 page allrdy, and alot youtubers got hacked also, i know about 5 video allrdy. Hello! A lot of expensive things were stolen from my character! everything was taken off of him and things were stolen from the vault!!! I was visiting Minnesota and just got back and was on the road for 7 hours!!! and I logged into my account and my character was empty and all my most valuable things were stolen!!!! How is this possible when you can only log in from a new location by confirming your password via email?! I logged in and everything was stolen! It's 8:00 PM New York time and I was last online at 10:00 PM New York time!!!!

No wonder they dont unlock any account, im guess they dont know how hackers log-in from your accounts without any information. And they will never unlock us before discovering what was issue. And after all they will be silent and maybe unlock us, but i dont think they will accept that is their fault i lost almost 2 weeks of gameplay and much more people lost it. Hope they clarify what happened soon. I bet they got alot emails about hacked accounts. But as always answer like, your email or steam compromised wich is not true. I know people hacked after reading post's with unique passwords they never used before, still they got hacked. It's on GGG side im completly sure, hackers somehow taking you sessionID and just using your account from their soft. As i know they can't log-in while you playing. Because i shut down pc and game first time since launch and got hacked in few hours. Im sure problem is inside game.

I have a lvl 81 monk I’m on Xbox and 2 divines went missing from my stash I was playing all day until the next morning everything was fine until I hopped on the very next day to find my 2 only divine orbs gone without a trace no suspicious activity on my account or anything I’ve bin seeing a lot of information about this GGG rlly needs to fix this I’m only 1 person that lost interest in the game imagine the other hundreds of ppl this is happing to plz fix

" I'm not blocked. Can log in. But everything I earned is gone. I only have a naked level 90 sorceress... It's now been 10-11 days that I'm waiting for a response from support. I don't want to gain anything new if any hackers just come in at any time when you have accumulated more currency It's not because of a weak password or anything else. I have 2FA and have to confirm every login using the Steam mobile app, but they still just get in somehow. Steam support says it's safe on their site.
