Did the person who was socially engineered violate company security protocols, or not?

Because if your company had security protocols and this person just didn't follow them, that is an employee issue.

If your company had no such security protocols or rules in place, thats a far worse problem and speaks to glaring incompetence, at the very least, and likely opens you up for lawsuits at worst.

People, it's hopeless. They don't care about the issue and just stay silent until no one talks about it anymore. My ticket is 42 days old, and still no response. I wouldn't waste any more energy or nerves on GGG if they don't care about us. I find their behavior in this situation absolutely disgusting.

We are all supporters of their game and have backed them by purchasing Early Access. And yet, they don't even consider it worth responding to players who have their first issue. The few people who did receive a response only got something that looks like a copy-paste reply, without actually addressing what was written.

Still locked. 47 days~

Yes, so GGG will probably never address this again, and those affected are just out of luck. At least in Germany, the media are already reporting on it again. By the way, for me, it's now 50 days without a response.

Sad to say i am also was hacked. my hard earned items; its all gone. please address this matters GGG. i am very sad, disappointed.

i really really like this game. i even refer this to my friends.

Same problem today

I play in the Steam client (Under the protection of the Steam Guard mobile authenticator)
No other clients are connected.
Someone managed to bypass the restriction on logging in from a new location. I did not receive a Steam Guard code, by email or anything else. My email address was not hacked, since it has a different password and confirmation comes via SMS
Perhaps the issue is on the Steam Client side?
While waiting for a response from support, let's figure out how this is possible? How can you log into the client without confirmations???

I'm sad about the time spent on acquiring equipment for Poe2. I'm even more afraid of how they were able to log into the Poe 2 account at all?

I play on steam with 2FA. I contacted steam support and hadn't any weird access by steam account. Looks like it's exclusively by GGG side.

I had more than 80div of gear stolen by day 4 of dawn of the hunt league.
It's still happening and looks like it won't stop soon.

Really sucks, after 10 years of support and love for the game I don't feel like playing anymore.
