Will a Level 100 Boost be added to the shop?

You can already do it, it's called playing in trade league.

WoW players have been poisoned by Blizzard and must be cleansed of their degenerate ways. Paying for power isn't gaming.

You are new to PoE and GGG, right?
Because what you describe is totally not what will happen.
GGG will charge you for every hundredth of a percentage of Xp, at the cost of effort and map repetition. And they'll be delighted to see players achieve this through colossal efforts and thousands of hours of play.
Welcome to our world, Exile.

Coming back to this after going through pages and pages of death penalty threads.

Creating a grind to sell the way past it is such a classic and simple sales technique. Maybe it won't be a level 100 boost, but some other form of time savers: XP boosts, Currency Boosts, ...

There are well over a million players in Early Access. The number will be MUCH larger when the game goes free to play. That is potentially BILLIONS of dollars on the table.

Do I believe people can change for that kind of money? Yeah, I do.

Path of Exile was a different game made in a different era by a different company. I truly hope my misgivings prove to be false, but I've seen this dance before.

Going through the death penalty threads, it suddenly occurred to me, maybe there's a simple and rational reason for piling on so many penalties.

The design philosophy seems to be to "encourage" players to farm content beneath their abilities, where they have no chance of death, until they outgear and outlevel the challenges/trials/roadblocks in the way.

Hundreds of hours of boring, mundane, farming.

EXACTLY the sort of thing players have proven willing to pay money to avoid.

Rather than go through all of that, you can pay your $60 and start your character right at the endgame ready to face the challenges without any of the boring tedium that it would take to get there. And Hey, no more XP penalty since you're at max level.

Buy the character, buy the gear, play the game.

Never happened in over 12 years and will never happen, the moment the store gets Player Power is the moment 90% of the playerbase quits the game and the company and im 100% sure of that.

Never. GGG has been very clear with this kind of transaction not existing in their game.

The majority of the player base has never played Path of Exile.

They wouldn't be the first company to "Never sell player power" until they do.

1st - the majority of the playerbase are actually the PoE 1 players dont know where the F did you get that idea.

2nd - That doesnt even matter, majority of gamers despise P2W and would instantly quit the game, ive played hundreds of games, some of them P2W and some of them actually really good, but as soon as i understood the P2W was there i quit immediately, and i know majority of the people think the same way.

3rd - Im starting to feel you actually want those level boosts.

The absolutely astonishing amount of people playing this game in Early Access at launch.

Diablo Immortal made over $500 million its first year.
World of Warcraft is still the king of MMO's.

Check my post history. I'm advocating to get rid of the death penalties so they can make the game challenging. That keeps players engaged the whole way.

Less mindless grind in easy areas. More engaging maps where you regularly die.

Because the market exists, the game is not just Pve, since all players are competing to reach the endgame as quickly as possible and be the first to farm unique pinnacle boss items or craft god tier items, then sell them to the highest bidder and get even richer. That's why the start of every PoE league, and this will be the case in PoE 2, is a race to see who can reach the endgame the fastest.

GGG's policy has always been to only sell cosmetic items or stash items in the shop. No item sold in GGG's ingameshop has ever been intended to give an advantage to those who pay, at the risk of becoming a P2W and driving away an entire community of players.

Can people change, especially for money? I'll give you that.

Is this the kind of behaviour we can expect from GGG? Not as long as Chris and Jonathan are in charge. Unless the game continues its slide into the abyss, and the number of players buying packs isn't large enough to pay GGG's studio bills.
