How long have you been waiting for a response from support?

23 Days, with 4 different emails....still no email chance and unfortunately ca not play because my account is locked, because I have to activate it so that I can play, but that do not work because the code ends up in an old non-existent email that has long been deleted
People saying "oh i understand you are working under high volume ..."
NO, I DON'T UNDERSTAND
Hire more people if you know you can't handle this! Get a better email system if you can't automatically confirm an request. Just replying "rest asurred that we will get back to you as soon as possible" doesn't make people feel assured.

Day 15 now - what a joke.

The complete support system from my point of view is pretty unprofessional and makes the issues way worse ...

Just imagine working in support and getting tons of randomly written mails with random data and lots of follow up mails because ppl dont even get a "your support ticket is open" etc. and then have to write back almost everyone because they need additional data no one knew before ...


I get that they are overwhelmed - but to me it doesnt look like they are doing much about it.

it's because not enough people are complaining. They are still making tons of money so losing some customers aren't a big deal to them. And the most important thing is, you already paid.
I get where they are coming from. However, I'm coming up on 4 weeks of a delayed reply, which tells me that it's not just a volume problem. Rather, it's a prioritization problem. They need to figure out the rate-limiting step and how to efficiently resolve the quicker problems.

Most of the problems people are reaching out for will literally taken minutes to fix, yet they are in the back of the queue waiting for more complex issues the be handled that will take significantly more time.
I dont think they have a solution for the automated locked code , else just fix that system all will be settle. instead they need to handle our issue 1 by 1? this seems sketchy
