How long have you been waiting for a response from support?

I don't think they care once they have your money lol
If they are truly this busy and it takes more than 3 weeks to answer an email, there would have to be tens of thousands of people locked out from the game they paid for. This only make sense if there are 2 or 3 people working on support in India for this game.

This is a serious issue and the media need to get hold of it and tear GGG apart for this.

going on 3 weeks, funny part is my email got a reply i provided the information they asked for then got ghosted, they never replied again
Going on 5 weeks now to receive a reply and solution. Unacceptable in any way, shape, or form.

You say sorry for months now because you have a large number of tickets but it isn't doing anything for people that have been waiting for a month.
Saying sorry and not doing anything about it doesn't look genuine.
If you guys were really sorry you would hire more people to resolve your tickets.

3weeks almost and still waiting them to tell that they recieved my ticket ...

AMD I didn't mention the fact that I paid for access but can't play even because their system hacked... Pp returned me my extra charged money but exile decide to block access .
