How long have you been waiting for a response from support?

13 days. got a response say that its awesome i need an unlock code, but if there was anything else they could help me with, to reach out for further help.

Almost 2 weeks. Honestly this is unacceptable and makes me not want to spend any money on the game because I know that if I have a problem with my purchase (like now, never received my EA coins) I will not get help. Shame because the game and devs is pretty good.

waiting for 4 days, and seeing your wait time makes me feel like i won't be able to play during my holidays so.. kinda sad about it

" Even if I were to receive a response from support today, it will just be the initial response ("Can you please provide this additional information..."). Although I tried to provide as much info as I could in my original email, I'm sure it will take more than one exchange to get my problem resolved. So I'm afraid you're right about not being able to play during the holiday break. :-( |

Its been 2 weeks for me trying to get my original account unlocked with only 1 response to my countless emails... But they can send me all kinds of emails about "items on your watchlist" are on sale... Had to create a new account just to be able to log into their website and try to unscrew a simple issue!
