Path of Exile 2 Early Access Keys all of a sudden all "Used: true"?
Hey,
I'm not sure if I'm an isolated case. I didn't give any of them out. I just checked https://www.pathofexile.com/my-account/early-access and it seems like they're all used. Sounds like a bug but just making sure I wasn't given shared keys or something. Did this happen to other folks? I emailed support but I guess they get 1000 emails an hour and I won't get it answered by them very easily especially with the Holidays coming up. Gave one to my friend I was going to give one anyways.

Bump, would anyone know the response time for those kind of emails?
Would like for this to be possibly resolved before Friday, but judging from the other threads it seems it may be tough to get support right now :/ Of course I understand how overrun people must be right now at GGG, but yeah. |

Same thing happened with me. Had 4 keys, was hanging onto them and my girlfriend finally had time to play with me, and I checked and they were all used up.
Literally checked two days before that and they were fine. Hopefully it was an error due to the newest patch rather than someone stealing them. |

" Was it also 2 days ago? We seem to all have the exact same time when all our keys got "Used". Feels like they just blindly answer "Contact support" with macro for the past 2 weeks. After looking through this "Help and Information" forum for a day, I'm really not sure why it exists at all. It feels like it would be way more practical to just close this forum all-together and focus on answering the emails instead of wasting Customer Support time into spamming macros about emailing support with the issue and our time into detailing issues that cannot resolve anyways. Like, why? Really hope they can solve this before the weekend. Everyone being on holidays made this the perfect time to play this game. I wonder if anyone received a response back at all for this issue? |

I got the 160 pack and got 2 keys. Gave one to a friend and saved the other for another friend. Went to get it to him today and all the sudden it says "true". Any word on when this will get fixed?
Are we going to get this key back or a refund? Anyone know? |

" From all the threads I looked at, this issue doesn't affect many people and doesn't seem to be very high priority :/ ... So I don't think we'll get support before Xmas. |
