I don't get how cast on freeze was "a step too far" but 1million base damage archmage spark (out damaging every other sorc spell) is "ok" for the rest of the year, lol. Well, I look forward to all the painful nerfs in January, then!

I purchased the 60 dollar early access path of exile 2 (steam key redemption)bundle and I also purchased it on my ps5 for 29.99 but I did not receive my additional 300 points, so I’m only seeing 600 points in my account (the website) and in game I only see the 300 points that came with the ps5 purchase. I first created my character on steam and linked it to my account and then linked it on my ps5 I’m able to access my character on both systems but I’m missing my points and extra cosmetics.

This is my second email to your company, and the lack of response is not making this look good. To clarify when I say points I mean shop currency, additionally my cosmetics are only visible on the same character (I only have one character) on pc but on ps5 it shows as locked.

Additionally I bought some tabs on the website and it deducted it from my 600 shop currency but when I log into my ps5 they aren’t there, no premium tabs etc.
