Lost early access on Steam

First time I see something like this.
Where's support team when needed, crazy to pay for a product and cannot access to it.

Exactly the same thing happened to me.
After 30 hour of playing it says that I don't have early access.

yeah same here... Lost it too a couple days ago. No generic email info or so on why it happened. Support did not answer since 3 days or a info that the email for the support has arrived. Strange behavior for company.

Really best time to release this so close to XMAS New Years Eve with these high masses of players.

I bought the game today. This evening, i installed it on Steam. I can start the game but when i try to logon, i have a message that tells me that i have to purchase an access. But my account is ok for the early access.

So i don't understand...

In the same boat as others. Sent an email to support, but have yet to hear back. Granted I only had time to play for roughly 3 hours until my account access was taken. Hopefully they remedy this soon, would love to get back into the game.

I have a similar problem, today when logging into the game a message popped up saying that I do not have early access to the game, how is it? I activated the game with a key and played for 40 hours in the last three days, and
now I don't have access, it's sad

3 day without access. Now, I have been very patient because I can understand that it is not easy to manage so many requests and a game in development, but after 3 days continuing to be ignored becomes indifference. With these 30 euros I could have bought something else. Really very disappointed, 2 of my friends didn't buy the game for fear of being scammed...

Having this issue too. It played fine on PC and PS5 for a week, now it says I don't have access on Steam. Are you able to see your characters on the website? I can only see the ones from PoE 1, not PoE 2.
