Yep I think you're right, unfortunately. To be fair GGG shouldn't be refunding keys that have been used (in my case) for 30+ hours.

same here, key bought from gamivo

Also bought mine from gamivo. Would be wierd that ggg refunded after 49+ hours of playtime, plus it seems to happen for alot of people in here - seems more like some data issue @ ggg.

Same here, at first I was affraid it was just me. I guess I have to accept that at least I'm not alone in this. Let's see if GGG at least acknowledges this.
