Did you gain early access by putting in a key that someone gave you? Perhaps if they weren't very trustworthy, they might have refunded the purchase that granted them the key, which would have invalidated your access.

Day 3 without access, still no one responds and I have not received support in any way. I'm trying to contact the seller of the game key, I'm starting to think we've been scammed...
