POE 2 Trade Whispers not working

Same problem here, no responses on whispers over Trade

Currently I can't whisper back when I receive offers for my gear. Everyone appears offline so the whisper button is grey and unresponsive. I will have to start a ticket as this is really annoying I finally had to undo my sellers tab so I'd stop getting so many messages.

I’m also having the same issue, I can’t whisper people when they join my party to trade nor can I see the party interface that’s located top/middle left of the screen

I was having an issue where I couldn’t send direct whispers from the website, and copied whispers weren’t getting any responses. I discovered that, even though I chose to create a new account when starting Path of Exile 2 through Steam, I was actually logged into an old Path of Exile 1 account that I had barely used.

By accessing the account management page on the Path of Exile website, I was able to merge the two accounts. After merging, I could choose which account to use on the website. Once I made sure I was "switched accounts" to the one with my characters, I was finally able to send direct whispers as intended.

However, I was still getting no responses from items listed at the lower end of the price range. I then realized that the 1 Exalted offers might be from market manipulators. So, I switched to looking at the same item priced at 2 Exalted, and instantly started getting responses.

It took a bit of trial and error, but I’m now successfully trading. Hope this helps!

As soon i put 2 Exalted on the filters, i managed to get replies.

I believe I found the issue (at least for me).

I was playing through Steam but logging in to the Trade2 browser via email. I was unable to whisper at all - would get the red background message - you need to be logged in. Yeah, I'm logged in - or so I thought.

Once I logged into the POE2 Trade2 website by using the Steam button (not email), I could whisper successfully. Just tried it, 100% worked for me, may work for you.

I have the same problem. My chat is not working on ps5.
I think is has something to do with fact, that we have 2 accounts bounded...
Please fix this - my irl freinds have to trade my items for me on steam/pc.
