PS5 Game Performance is just awful and unplayable

The game i great. But its unplayable on ps5. 10 fps in most fights at late game. Running t14 maps right now and when i open a breach its like a crash or 5 fps. I pray that they improve the performance on consols cause its sucha great game. Do you think guys its possible to have 60fps in the future?
The game almost breaks once you're in act 3 with that big "sun" in the middle of the map where u need to stay in the shade in order to not take damage. Playing as a witch summoner/minion build with flamewall(ring) completely breaks the game. Every object in game - and - loot/enemies/me/minions/spells starts glitching in and out of existance, Whenever a i catch a spell, especially flamewall.
Performance on the PS5 PRO is pretty bad. 40-50fps experience single-player.
40 ish fps true it is, below vrr window sadly, and it is not ok... d4 runs smooth af on endgame, even with new ps5 pro patch and hdr upps. Hier Act 3 with like 30 mobs on screen made my eyes bleed. While same amount of mobs in Cruel 1 already works perfect. 50 ish and vrr saves the day, and it is pssr performance mode...so res aint 4k even.
Game is incredible and really want to enjoy it more. BUT online co-op is borderline unplayable. FPS tanks with 1 other player using fire spells and minions. And where I was already pushing through the performance issues there was not much game to be played when a second team mate joined. FPS became a slide show and was dealing with serious lag where I had to wait before I could pick up an item that was allocated to me. This delay often meant that team mates on pc were able to access loot quicker than I was able to pick it up. We tested this many times.
Well I suspected performance will be far from optimal during EA but also expected endgame to be somewhat playable. Especially after state of play appearance, maybe was naive but took it as suggestion it will run good on ps5. As far as I know optimization is typically at the end of development cycle so I am just hoping some care will be taken before 1.0 release.

To all praising gggs pc focus - as far as I know pc optimization is also poor.

Kinda sad cuz now instead of being hyped for content patch I'm hyped for perfo patch.

I had to start a new character because my main build that had tons of fireballs on-screen at the same time would slow the game to 5-10 FPS and it made it unplayable. I hope they can fix the FPS issue on console because I love this game at almost 200 hours in.
Using Fireball with ‘wild shards’ and ‘unleash’ support gems raises my ping to 1000+ and causes my screen to freeze, dropping to 0 FPS for 3-5 seconds. The same issue occurs on both wired and Wi-Fi connections.

Have been checking this thread for a while and officially gave up on trying to play this severely unoptimized ps5 version.

This is new to me but I have never seen such a large thread without one official reply on an official forum, this does not look promising for future content either.

Shame that such a good game has such poor support for what essentially is supposed to be a none port version built from the ground up.
maybe they forgot they released a console version. sure are treating it like it doesnt exist anyway.
