0.1.0c Patch Notes (restartless)

Ok firstly I love path of exile and really want to love POE 2....

These changes are step in the right direction, I understand POE2 is a different game, and I love a challenge but...


Act Boss fights are great, but too hard or too easy... Not balanced...
No phase. Blink etc is horrible. Nearly every single fight is in a tiny gated area that forces you to be in close proximity to the boss.

The party revive is too long and impossible.. Causing the other player/s to miss the entire fight or the other player has to suicide... PLEASE FIX THIS!

When you die you lose all the loot..

Some Areas are WAY too large.

Ranged targeting is bad.

Not having move skills earlier on is super annoying and painful.

Some Act areas are monster funnels and annoying to navigate without getting blocked by monsters.

Quest rewards are not rewarding at all.

Act bosses and zones resetting is super frustrating.

Dodge rolling is clunky and punishing if not timed correctly.

Loot is horrible. You shouldn't have to grind bosses to get trash rares to progress through acts..

Skill gem system is great but please bring back gem leveling...

Relying purely on RNG skill gems sucks.

vendor isn't worth spending gold on, items are mostly trash.

respecing passives is too expensive.

Mobs Respawning is horrible...

Crafting is really bad, you basically only drop orbs of annulment or transmutation. Only seen 1 alc in 20hours.

Getting resistances is really difficult.

Without gain charge per second on flasks its bad...

Game is too grindy definitely can't imagine running characters multiple times for each league. One and done kind of game...

Bosses are way harder then poe1 and they are everywhere..

Skill tree is super underwhelming.

Cool downs on skills and (reloading ammo) are painful and if you dodge roll and get hit it stops your action.

Auto aim feature is stupid and needs a toggle..

Monsters and bosses are too fast, causing you to always back track and dodge roll around..

You're locked into certain skills, doesn't have the same freedom as POE1.

Too many stuns. Monsters are also always stopping actions.

Act Bosses are just one hit Sponges.



I really tried to love POE2 but it shouldn't make you want to Alt F4 act 1, feels like ruthless.... I will stick around for this game and see where it goes. Hopefully GGG will make the game more fun and enjoyable.



You are joking, right?
If not, this game is not for you.

You want to remove everything unique to PoE 2. Go back to playing PoE 1 since you want mindless single-button builds, zero challenge, and crafting by using alteration 10000 times.

I like that you did not overbuff everything due to complaining by some players, instead focusing on the crafting aspects still rewarding using items with good potential.

I'd like to see the patch notes on steam in the future as undeniably a large part of the new playerbase does not use these forums. This information being public would be big.

How long after PC do Xbox patches launch usually?
Buffs and nerfs are good and all, but what about the constant game crashes and other game breaking things, like crashing/freezing on loading screens. I can't even play the game, along with many people on reddit experiencing the same issue. There is no fix on our end that works, please fix the game and continue your good work on crash fixes so we can all enjoy this amazing game

Yes please this. I lost the loot from the act 1 boss on one of my characters because i died to something immediately after killing him. didnt even get the scene with the hooded guy that happens. wouldn't have even known that happened if i didn't kill him on a different character last night,

For those of us who've already used GCP's on a skill, will that skill be updated to represent the new value's on GCP's or just stay as it is?
Console (PS5) is still on 0.1.0b and hasn't updated
