[POE 2] Bugs

Bug experienced:
- Accepted "Ascent to Power"
- Went to Traitor's Passage
- Full explored the area, interacted with everything
- Quest wont progress to the point of freeing "Balbala, the Traitor"
- Tried killing "Balbala, the Traitor", quest still wont progress.

Party members crashing

Playing a Grenade merc, double/triple explosive bombs and oil bombs detonating with Explosive shot

party members consistently crashing (20-30 occurrences) on detonation, happened reliably to all 3 members over 6-8 hours of gameplay. all 3 running nvidia graphics cards, 2060, 3080ti, 4090.

On detonation, my frames drop to about 20fps while the explosions are going off.

seems to be specifically when we're not on the same screen. just happened again with a surprising repeatability.

also seems to happen in close proximity to walls

Several quests wont show as completed even if you actually finished the quest and progress trought the game.
Quests like the Wolf of Oghan, for example is bugged in all my characters.
It showed the text "Quest Complete" and the cutscene, it teleported me to the act2 as it should but it wont markdown as completed.
All my friends have at least one quest that is bugged like this, and we all have different ones.

Bug experienced.
In Oasis Map.
Breach is inside a building with no way to enter.

Bug:
Hexblast doesn't detonate multiple curses on one target.
It is bugged and limited to only one.
It should count the amount of curses present on the target.
This exact mechanic is described even in the short in game video skill description.
When you press on skill gem, select this skill and watch video there.

Using Couture of Crimson Gilded Vestments. Everytime it get me to double my max health it deactivates all of my spirit skills. Happens consistently on both my witch and warrior. I cant activate them again and have to either take the gems out and insert them again or switch my weapons back and forth.

Having issues keeping the game running through steam
keeps crashing no mater what workaround i try and find.

Bug:

Tendril Sentinel minion keeps reviving after killing it multiple times
In Count Geonor's manor
Edit: Revives minion mod on another rare monster seems to have too much range since it was at least 2 screens away

Escort mission statue in trial of chaos randomly stopped moving, and just floats mid air. It went back to normal after re-activating it by leaving and re-entering its vicinity. Not really game breaking, just a bit weird.
