[POE 2] Bugs

- Locked out of demon form
- I have the following:
- Barrier invocation w/ capacitor, comet, and spell echo
- Alchemist's Boon w/ Herbalism
- Arctic Armor w/ Cold mastery and Deep Freeze
- Hypothermia w/ Heightened Curse (but shows up as Deep Freeze on bar)
- Demon form w/ Ingenuity, Second wind, Vitality, and Cannibalism

Sometimes during maps I get locked out of demon form. Instead of letting me cast it, it just makes the golden arc over my head. I finally figured out in the hideout that if I toggle Alchemist's boon and arctic armor, it allows me to resume demon form. I'm not sure if this is a bug or if I'm missing something obvious.
Temple of Kopec resets to first checkpoint

Reproduce:
- Battle through all temple of kopec levels until you reach the final boss.
- die because of stupidity or any other valid reason

Expected Behaviour:
- revive at the checkpoint just before the boss

Actual Behaviour:
- revive at the first checkpoint and have to battle through all monsters again
The "Armor, Evasion and Energy-Shield"-Bonus on "Morior Invictus, Grand Regalia" does not function properly, or the naming has to be changed to "#% increased evasion". Because the bonus gets only applied to evasion, not to armor and energy shield.

For example, if the chest should grant 290% bonus to armor, evasion and energy shield, the following happens when you equip the chest:

#% Bonus to Armour: 0 %
#% Bonus to Evasion 290 %
#% Bonus to Energy Shield 0 %


Also the "Iron Rune", which should grant "20% Bonus to armor, evasion and energy Shield", does not provide any % bonus to armor and energy shield. The 20% bonus only applies to evasion.

Maybe relevant for finding the bug:
The 5 sockets in my corrupted Morior Invictus are empty and i play a Ranger - Deadeye. I have tested with a "naked" char, putting on and off just 1 piece of other armor (in addition to the chestpiece), each with just one armor/evasion/energy stat on it and then looked at the change of the values in the character screen. The percentage boni from the passive tree are applied properly, but not the ones from the chest.
Bug

On server Paris during 3h gameplay i got 2 Disconnections from server. It is quite annoying
Upon doing trials of chaos from time to time the one monster will spawn in unaccesable place forcing the player to restart the chaos trials
% chance to not destroy Corpses when Consuming Corpses (e.g. on Enezun's Charge Volatile Wand) does not trigger when triggering Warcallers bellow on own revived minions (via Sacrifice)

-> using a warcry with Warcallers bellow always kills all revived minions in presence.
I have cleared T14 map but can't complete it. Last rare monster is inaccessible, barring me from completion.

Edit: I got help to clear it by someone whose AoE skills bypassed the locked out room, but I still don't think such locked out areas should manifest on the AI design.

The checkpoint right before high priest of the sun is bugged, if you die to the boss you respawn at the entrance to temple of kopec. if you travel to the checkpoint right before the high priest, it travles to the checkpoint at the entrance of the temple
minion counter on top right sometimes shows a bigger number of active minions than real.

How to replicate:

- Have enough spirit to support at least one minion from any source except sceptre

- Have enough spirit to support 4 minions including sceptre

- Equip and unequip sceptre repeatedly. Each time the number of skeletons goes down by 2, and up by 3

Exiting to char select and entering fixes the number, but bug can stil be replicated
I play in a group, if party members die, and I, the creator of the map, remain alive, the game breaks every time and crashes

give me back my divines that I spent on a simulacrum
