How gonna refund us for this shit? We pay for early acess and got the acc banned without reson! Gonna refund the money? I dont think so! Its ridiculous!

I had this issue after I logged off and came back around lv 40 in act 3, on the login screen it said I was banned but after trying to login again it did so normally, almost got a heart attack from it.
